Issue: #148

Added a docker-compose file at the project root. Uses images from the marklogiccommunity docker hub repository
Added a dockerfile for the creation of the NodeJS express server that integrates Koop and MarkLogic
Modify the NodeJS Express server to execute either locally or with a docker configuration

We are restructuring this repository so we will be looking at the best way to setup the docker containers once we get that done. We will likely reuse the Node/Express one from this PR though when we get to it.
