"displayFieldName" no longer appears in the GDS responses in a couple tests (StatisticsTest & GroupByTest). However, I am unable to determine if this is intended behavior or not.
The response generated by Koop in the ServiceDescriptorTest.layerNotFound test is worse than useless ("Internal Server Error"). We should improve this if possible.
