Add ZIP code boundary data for testing/demo #59

@jmamanpara I added this and merged to master. You can run the installExampleServices and loadZipCodeBoundaryData gradle tasks to load the new data.

The new service URL will be /marklogic/ZipCodes/FeatureServer and there is only one layer.
