Clean up the various configuration items for the example #75

There are a number of configuration components for the example now: 1) Service descriptor 2) TDE template 3) Search options 4) Search result transform 5) DB configuration

We need to get this cleaned up and placed in a singled "package" within the connector setup and also document each component.
