Add section to provider spec that describes usage of route and query parameters #30

I think so. I assume you mean all route/query params with exception of :host and :id, since those aren't used in FeatureServer?

What I was saying is that the real use of these parameters is in getData, to tell the provider what to fetch. The route construction w.r.t. featureserver is secondary.
