KoordASIO not showing in RMAA #10

In RMAA there is no KoordASIO device available. This problem doesn't happen with FlexASIO, only with KoordASIO.

Sorry for the slow response. I will attempt to reproduce and debug this. Could you please confirm your versions of OS, KoordASIO, FlexASIO - thanks.

@andreasdc Assuming for now that this has same root cause as the OP, could you also please confirm versions of OS and KoordASIO, and I will attempt to reproduce.

Windows 11, latest KoordASIO from github releases.
