Upgrades xstate-tree to support xstate v5

This comes with a handful of breaking changes

v1 style builders have been removed (buildView etc)
Invoked/spawned children that reach their final state are no longer removed from views, they must be manually stopped with stopChild
Typescript v5+ is now required
