Offline version of Enge #38

There could be an offline version for Enge like a version that is openable from your Files like html.

Well you can clone the archive and open the index.html in the browser. But maybe a progressive web app with a serviceworker could do the trick. Then you can install the webapp from the browser when you are online.

Someone should wrap it in an executable so that it "just works", maybe an electron app‽
