Apartment/Hotel take elevator to parking garage. #81

One suggestion that I had - shouldn't be super difficult to include this into a newer release -

I noticed while using OPEN IV, some of the parking garage entrances will open in the buildings of the apartments, most of the locations had a opening garage somewhere around or near the building to conveniently store your vehicles (If using a persistence mod)

Is there anyway you can add an option to 'take the elevator' down to the attached parking garage. Maybe just a teleport option from the elevator in the apartment, down into the parking garage, it would be really neat. That way you have the option to go out of the front door, or go directly to your personal garage.

Implementing this will take some time since we will have to re-write exit mechanic. Moving it to C# branch.
