Conversion of .lua to ??? for more functioning in regards to Map Editor/other 3rd party mods. #84

We need to decide what programming language we will choose to redo the .lua in. To create better connections to other mods like Map Editor. For as far I have seen now I would go to C# but as always I am open to all the languages and the main decision will rest on Kopalov to choose.

I chose C#, but still some fundamental questions need to be answered before I can code and compile first not "Hello World" script in it :)
