C320WS won't stream to Homebridge

When trying to acces the camera feed thru the Home app, i get this notification "Camera does not respond", I'm not sure what could be wrong here.. Having the same issue on Synology DS224+ (ffmpeg 6.0) with Tapo C510W.

Did you install https://github.com/Sunoo/homebridge-camera-ffmpeg afaik recent version of the tapo plugin gets sure it's installed.
