What version of Redmine are you running?
What exactly is the Webhook URL set to in Github?
We are running Redmine 1.1.3 and the URL is http://redmine.dominik-horb.de/github_hook?project_id=unplagged

It just dawned on me, that you must be using Githubs "Redmine" service hook, at least /sys/fetch_changesets seem to indicate that.
For Redmine Github Hook to work, you should be using the generic "Webhook" service instead. See the installation notes in the README for details.

first of all thanks for the plugin, it worked pretty nice until now.
The problem is, that a while ago, the fetches started to work sometimes but not always. I think it could be related to a Redmine update, but I'm not totally sure there. My Ruby isn't very good, but this issue seems to be similar to the problem that was fixed with the routes.rb.
