Consistency in cleanup dialog #219

Defaults for biblatex use "all-text-fields", the defaults for bibtex enumarate the text fields:

clean up entries clean up defaults for biblatex

Note that the current cleanup dialog removed "Recommended for BibTeX". The reason was that some formatters were broken. I would like to have that feature back. The average user does not know about sensible defaults - and does not want to think of each formatter.
