Add possibility to edit CSS #411

Follow-up to https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/5790, especially https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/5790#issuecomment-580799071

We have an import/export possibility, but no editing possibility. That functionality should be sketched and implemented.
