Add dockerunit #438

As far as I understood dockerunit, this could enable the execution of our database locally easily.

Idea: Execute each @DatabaseTest with dockerunit.

Issue lower priority as this is a warm-up for persons wanting to get to know dockerunit - or in database development.

Not needed after https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/pull/11879 is done. -> we use an embedded postgres (and drop the other DBMSs)
