This is group 11 from the course "Software Engineering" of the university of Basel with our solution for the ACM Portal Fetcher issue. Sadly our group has no time to work on a high-quality pull-request. The files, that are now in one folder and therefore will not work without the other parts of the program, can be added to their packages in Jabref.
We changed big parts of the classes "ACMPortalFetcher" and "ACMPortalFetcherTest", added "ACMPortalParser" and "ACMPortalParserTest", changed "SearchBasedParserFetcher" at line 10-11 and 76 and added/uncommented "WebFetchers" at line 10 and 98.
