[ ] Do we have a better parser for YYYY-YYYY (e.g., 1999-2001) for the year-range?
[ ] We have the quick-hack of using Integer.MAX_VALUE for Optional.present(). We should maybe change that. Requries changing the code
[ ] Add year-filtering to GVK and Google Scholar
