[SLR] Persist selection of databases #614

Follow-up to https://github.com/koppor/jabref/issues/599

As user, I am thinking thouroughly about selected fetchers for the SLR. When starting a new SLR, it would be very convenient if the fetchers selected at the last run, would be selected again.

We need to store the state in JabRef's preferences.
