Pre-populate search box for default search #343

What would you like dabr to do?

When displaying results for the default search term, please pre-populate the
search dialogue box with that term (as you do for any other search); thereby
making it easier to add a second term, and so refine the search.

The downside of this is that you have to delete the default term.

So, if your default search is "pink floyd OR pinkfloyd OR #pf" that's a lot of
characters to delete if you then want to search for "biscuits".

Wondering if there is a way to do it using the saved search feature of twitter
though.

@Terence: Fair point. Needs a "clear search" button, perhaps? Or make it
optional, in user settings?
