Publishing in Maven Central

This issue tracks the steps required to publish in Maven Central:

• [X] Ask for a new project in OSSRH (done)
• [x] Change the group id to at.kopyk, this is required by the rules of OSSRH
• [x] Add a workflow to publish on every new release (follow this guide)
• [x] Check that it works by creating a new release
• [x] Update the README

And done! From now on a new artifact is published in the Staging repo when you create a tag, using the name of the tag as version.
