A couple of people have mentioned they can't get Bing Maps to work with it.
To enable automatic touch injection, double click the "Surface 0" name and
select it as an option.

Bing Maps don't implement touch events on the links as far as I can tell.
However, they do implement them on the map. It is possible to extend the
toolkit to generate a click when only one touch is detected, but it will be a
bit of a hack.

I'm working on a new version which will hopefully fix these issues and make it
