During this quest the blood knight that should be at 34.81 is not there. Meaning that this quest will not be complete able.

Approved - The corpse of "Blood Knight Dawnstar" should be at cords 34.9, 81.9, located next to the cauldron to your left side as you enter Dealtholme (near the central building) as per below:

However the corpse is not here (see below) and I cannot locate it in the surrounding area:
