[Update] Update RDKit #8

Can you update the latest RDKit version 2020.09.1

I tried and failed. This one require libboost_python 1.73.0, which there is not binary available.

Maybe some later version of RDKit will use another libboost version(e.g. 1.74.0). I can then try again.
