Adds support for more sql column types #155

Adds support for column types:
- nchar
- ntext
- text
- xml
- money
- datetime
- smalldatetime
- time
- real
- binary
- varbinary
Changed columnType string for sizes > 8k to MAX instead of int.max
Changed datetime conversion to use ticks instead of milliseconds
