Increased versione to cache new strings

Maybe it makes sense to, always, keep the master version updated to today (YYYYMMDD00) and name it "4.4dev" or just "dev".

I imagine that you are not going to make a release from master/dev ever. All your releases will be from the 401, 402, 403 branches, isn't it? If so, it makes sense to keep master as the dev, updated to actual dates (that's what we do for core).
