czmq & libzmq: update to 4.2.1 & 4.3.5 respectively #1906

Not sure if the 10 years old thirdparty/czmq/zbeacon.patch is still needed… No issue with the Calibre wireless connection on 2 Android devices (ARM / Android 11 & ARM64 / Android 9).

Ditto, and the log is not particularly helpful (also, I don't speak network anyway ;p).
