Rebase to ALVR v19

ALVR v19 has been out for a while now, I think it's time to rebase. ALVR v19 brings the following features:

• better Linux support
• audio streaming to headset on Linux
• better configuration

19 is still horrible on linux. v20 works very well though: sick 50ms at 350+Mbps

@Mithras Did you managed to connect current ALXR to ALVR v19/20 server?

I haven't tried ALXR at all because on linux only v20 is actually usable so I'm just waiting until v20 is supported.

v19 is quite usable for me on Linux. I find the metrics are bad, maybe you need better CPU that made a massive improvement for me. Lets go to v19! Why does it refuse to connect on v19 does it just blindly check version incompatibility via string compare, or is there a fundamental reason why ALXR cannot connect to v19 server? I am willing to make PRs if anyone can point me to the main issues.

ALVR has a OpenXR client now. ALXR is no longer needed. The ALVR OpenXR client supports all platforms that ALXR supports

ALVR v20 is a lot smoother for me but it doesn't have the all the clients (like windows) and the passthrough mode feature.

The option of ALXR working with ALVR v20 server would be great!

Any plan to update ALVR server version ? V18 is a lit bit old.
