NTS-1 mkII: Cannot use additional parameters for modfx and revfx #100

I built all the dummy projects and found that the extended parameters are only available on dummy-osc and dummy-delfx. Turning the Type knob while holding down the delay button shows "Param4", but I can't see this with dummy-mod, and I see "Mix" with dummy-revfx.

I tested firmware v1.2 and can confirm that this issue has been fixed.
