jssh-darwin-0.94 incompatable with ff3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unzip the xpi and alter install.rdf to allow installation on ff3 by
changing <em:maxVersion>2+</em:maxVersion> to <em:maxVersion>3+</em:maxVersion>
2. install the xpi by opening the file from ff3
3. restart ff3 with the -jssh command line option
4. nmap localhost -p 9997

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want
PORT     STATE  SERVICE
9997/tcp open   unknown

instead i see
PORT     STATE  SERVICE
9997/tcp closed unknown

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jssh-darwin-0.94.xpi, Darwin Kernel Version 8.11.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I've found ff2 to be uselessly unstable on OSX, so jssh being ff3
compatible would be awesome for me. let me know if i can help with testing
or whatever.
