There is no exists? or exist? method in the FireWatir 1.6.2 #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new firefox instance.
2. Call exists? or exist? method to verify whether firefox instance is 
existed or not
3. Observe that "No exists? method" error message is output in the console.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
exists? or exist? method can be used to verify the browser object.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FireWatir 1.6.2
FireFox 2.0.19
Ruby 1.8.5.22

Please provide any additional information below.
