Hey @koriwi - not sure if you're still using this, but I made a few improvements here if you want to steal them back for your own purposes: https://github.com/kevin-david/sensors2mqtt

I could be convinced to refactor things, probably, if you wanted me to contribute them back, but it's a pretty simple project so didn't start there.

Thanks for putting this up publicly, it was a great starting point for me to customize further!

Hey! Im currently not using it anymore as i dont have any automations using the sensors currently. But feel free to open a pr! I'm happy that this project helped somebody else so it was already worth it publishing it :)

@kevin-david Thanks for forking and adding in MQTT credential options. Is it possible for your forked version to also send power usage stats as a sensor? I have no idea how to code but your updates made this usable for me and the only other stat I would love is power usage in watts.
