Monkey patch PN532 init method to disable baudrate modification #7

This PR introduces following changes:

Monkey-patch nfcpy pn532 init method to disable baudrate negotiation
Add py312 as possible target
Apply black code formatting pass

As a result of this PR, users should stop having issues when their NFC reader when it disconnects abruptly, or when closing the application.

LGTM to me, but will only merge into main when I get a confirmation that it fixes the Issue mentioned in #3 and #4 on Linux-based platforms (cannot create such a setup ATM).

I am currently running a stability test right now and its working reliable for > 24h now after I applied the change mentioned in #4.
