Change 12V LED drive transistor #1

Change 12V LED drive transistor from FMMT918 to AO3416. Pinout is same. Change is need to support higher current and we need to use FET, since there is no current limiting resistor on the base (gate)

Part changed to an AO3416, low Rds on device.
