Commit 9925601 (with CRITICAL in its message) is both simple and a significant memory reducer.
Otherwise, I just improved the help and output messages for preprocesss.py and classifier.py, and fixed a bug in preprocess.py which wouldn't allow it to run if you didn't have a macro_feats directory.
