[Question]Can pngquant run on X86 windows system? Or how do i compile it myself？ #381

Hi, I download the pngquant-windows.zip and it works well on my computer (win10 X64).

But, it can't work work on win7 computer（X86） or win10 computer（X86)

I want to compile it myself. But i can't found the Information about version digits in the INSTALL file.

Can you give me some suggestions?
