Re-write the `README.md` for `v0.9` #87

Things I can think of that might be nice to document:

General overview on how to use the various the pixel traits.
Migration guide/advice from v0.8 to v0.9 (Like some inherent methods becoming conditionally compiled) and the semver-trick and so on.
Update bits on non-Rgb formats since all the formats are now on much more even standing within the crate.

And probably more things, we can use this issue to discuss/write any relevant stuff down before making a PR at some point.
