At moment, take a long time to test the tutorials build locally because of nb_execution_mode of myst-nb is on auto mode. This means it will run all the tutorials for the tutorials without cached outputs.
We should figure out a way to make it easy to test the tutorials locally, maybe just build the new tutorial instead of everything.
