Remove exploit.py

Don't create exploit.py because Python is no necessary used to write an exploit or exploit can be manual and only described in the write-up.

In fact the extension does not mean anything as the CTF we hosted had some exploit.py files containing other scripting languages. We discussed it and I remember concluding that we should have wiped this .py that confused people...

We came to the conclusion that we should create a file called exploit and make it executable. I'll modify the code soon.
