Include a docker-based monitoring solution #7

The framework should include a solution to build a docker image per challenge exploit to provide status for this challenge to the CTF scoreboard.

Final strategy will be to provide a monitoring framework including all challenges in a single image. Not one image per challenge.

mkCTF 6.0.0 implements this feature.
