Remove the duplicate launchers on panel / dock.

Sort dock to match other desktops.

Replace gtk+ greeter with Slick greeter

Increase the size of Plank from 32 to 48.

with the recent update to lightdm-settings (for Slick greeter) numlockx is required for one option, to have numlock on so probably best to include it.
