Use Salt 3.3.3-SNAPSHOT #121

Changes Pepper to use the 3.3.3-SNAPSHOT version which includes #131 (fixes #130, i.e., salt-extensions uses specific implementation for SCorpusGraph notification).

@thomaskrause @FlorianZipser Please check if usage of a snapshot version for this snapshot is fine.
