Added annoNsPrefix customization:

Default behavior is now not to output NS as part of annotation name with a dot separator in feat files (no more type="salt.pos")
The old behavior can be restored by setting annoNsPrefix to true
Adjusted unit tests to match new default behavior
Fixes korpling/pepperModules-PAULAModules#15
