Release 0.15.21 does not include what is says #266

Hi, if you look at the diff of version 0.15.20 and 0.15.21you see that #255 is not included, even tough the change logs list it. It also seems weird that there is a 0.15.21 instead of putting it in a 0.16.1 release.
