Remove all untouched example files from docs - temporarily house them in docs-removed. Remove docs-removed once we've gotten rid of the cruft.

I've cleaned up a bit more in the /docs directory, but haven't touched /mkdocs

@ewelton why are there two different copies of what look like different setups of the same mkdocks site?
