Issue is discussed here: https://github.com/googlefonts/fontbakery/issues/2364
The funny thing is that QA from GF-Glyphs-scripts expects Thins to start at 250.
I kept my Glyphs files with CSS compatible values and added a script to fix the values in otf's and ttf's should it be required.
Fontmake does not make style mapping on Weight Axis from 100 to 900. Instead it seems to be taking the value from WeightClass of Thin (set to 250) and make the axis 250 to 900. Possible fix is by adding a patch on the designspace file. Or removing the WeigthClass custom parameter and sticking to the 100-200 convention for Thin and Ultralight.
