Add more powerful JS-framework instead of jQuery #35

Some Front-End tasks seems very hard to me, I think we should use some modern and powerful framework.

I'll consider to choose between this:

Vue.js
Angular.js
React.js

Also I wish to use some different language for Front-End and I think it will be PureScript or Brython, but I don't know how easy and clean this langs can binds to frameworks.
