Upload non accepted file types #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder with a DOC and a swf file.
2. Upload the folder. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The doc file should be converted, the swf should be uploaded without conversion

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest

Please provide any additional information below.
We'd like to have the option of uploading without conversion files that are not 
google docs. Currently non-accepted file extensions are rejected.
