Don't upload:

* PDF files > 10 MB
* xls, xlsx, csv, ods, txt, tsv, or tsb files > 1 MB
* PPT, PPS files > 10 MB

Thank you for the suggestion, Google Docs size limits are enforced in version 
1.3.
