Without-conversion for regular users #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload without conversion for standard google account (not assigned to 
google app)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Uploaded files. Uploading without conversion is only available to Google Apps 
for Business accounts

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.1, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Manually via web browser it IS possible to upload without conversion ANY files.

This is a limitation of GData API.
