Show upload progress #5

When a file is uploaded, it would be nice to show a progress bar:

==== 10% uploaded (45 KB / 451 KB) ===

The progress bar could also the global progress.

I added the progress indicator in the form of how many files have been uploaded
relatively to the total number of files.
